What this page is, and is not

This page is served by the platform it reports on and probes it live from your browser — so it can tell you, truthfully, whether YARDtwin is reachable and answering right now, from where you are.

It is not an independent third-party monitor: if the whole platform is down, this page is down with it. Independent monitoring with public history is on our roadmap and stated as an open item in the Vendor Assurance Pack. If you are seeing an outage this page cannot show, email admin@yardtwin.com.

Availability commitments

Internal availability target: 99.5%. This is a target we hold ourselves to, not yet a contractual SLA with service credits — the Vendor Assurance Pack states this plainly.
Recovery: internal targets of RTO ≤ 4 hours and RPO ≤ 24 hours. The August 2026 restore drill measured a full production database restore at under 7 minutes.
Backups: 7-day point-in-time recovery plus monthly long-term backups held for 7 years under a write-once (WORM) immutability policy in geo-zone-redundant EEA storage.
Incidents affecting your data are notified per contract — within 72 hours for personal-data breaches.
