GxP flag — A change that may affect your validated use of YARDtwin is flagged with its impact under 21 CFR Part 11 (electronic records and signatures) and EU GMP Annex 11 (computerised systems). Indirect: review the change; regression testing is generally sufficient. Direct: assess it against your validated state; targeted re-qualification is likely. "Re-validation advised" marks a change we recommend you re-validate before relying on it in a GxP process. Administrators can have these sent by e-mail to up to five people: Site Admin → Profile → GxP release notices.
